A SNEAK PEAK ON HOW CAD WORKS.
Most productivity systems/planners assume you always have 100% energy to tackle the day.
You don't. (No offence Superman)
The CAD System was built for the reality most planners ignore: your energy fluctuates, your emotions affect your decisions, and forcing the wrong task at the wrong time is why you feel stuck, behind, or constantly restarting.
CAD doesn’t ask you what you want to do — it looks at what you’re realistically able to handle today. It takes your current emotional state, your available energy, and the weight of what’s on your mind, then brings them together to calculate what needs to be done first.
Using CAD isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing the right tasks at the right time so the whole process of getting your sh*t together feels less heavy.
In my opinion, the problem was never laziness or a lack of discipline. It’s the quiet suffocation of too many demands fighting for the same 24 hours. You start the day already overwhelmed. You spend half of it rewriting lists, mentally rehearsing everything you’re not doing, pushing tasks to tomorrow because today feels wrong... then blaming yourself for it.
Nothing moves, but everything drains you.
CAD exists because no one talked about that gap between intention and headaspace.
This system closes it. It filters the noise, reduces the mental load, and makes decisions for you when decision-making is the very thing exhausting you. Not by pushing harder or making you 'dig deeper' but by finally working with where you actually are - and what you can be bothered to do today.

Like I said...we've been busy.
Your Turn.
